1. Purpose and scope
These conditions govern the purchase of products made by end consumers through the website www.gooddypets.com.
They apply to all sales made in Spain and in the countries where Gooddy Brand SL operates.
Purchases for resale purposes are prohibited without the express authorization of Gooddy Brand SL.
2. Orders and purchasing process
To place an order, the customer must follow the process indicated on the website, select the products, and complete the payment.
Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these conditions, as well as of the prices, features, and conditions of the product.
Gooddy Pets will send a confirmation email once the order has been received.
3. Prices, taxes, and shipping costs
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT or the applicable equivalent tax in the country where the purchase is made.
Shipping costs, if any, will be shown before finalizing the purchase.

For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges.
4. Payment methods
We accept the payment methods indicated on the website (credit/debit card, PayPal, and other enabled methods).
The charge will be made at the time of order confirmation.
Gooddy Pets uses secure payment gateways and does not store credit card details.
5. Delivery times and conditions
The estimated delivery time will be indicated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the destination.
Shipments are made through courier companies selected by Gooddy Pets.
In the event of delays attributable to the courier or force majeure, Gooddy Pets will not be held responsible, although we will do our best to resolve the issue.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without the need for justification, provided that the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Products that, for hygiene and safety reasons, have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
To process a return, the customer must contact Gooddy Pets by email, indicating the order number.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.
7. Warranty and conformity
All products are covered by the legal warranty established by Spanish and European consumer goods regulations.
If the product is defective or does not match the purchase, the customer must notify Gooddy Pets within a reasonable period to arrange replacement, repair, or refund.
8. Liability and limitations
Gooddy Pets will not be responsible for indirect damages or consequential losses arising from the use of the products.
Product photos and descriptions are for guidance only and may undergo slight variations.
